Cook.

WE OFFER
 A friendly family-oriented environment
 Guaranteed 40 hours per week (minimum)
 This is a permanent role
 Pay range $27.76 to $28.00, depending on qualification and experience

REQUIREMENTS
 Examine food ingredients to ensure quality
 Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment.
 Pleasing personality, prepared to work long hours.
 Prefer someone with knowledge of Tamil, Sinhala, and English.
 Proven experience in cooking all authentic Sri Lankan and South Indian cuisine.
 Good knowledge of making fresh Paratha and Gotamba, Roti and Curry Roti.
 Ability to cook authentic Sri Lankan Sweets, for example – Halwa, Konda, Kavum, Ashmi etc.
 Assist in planning menus and ingredient requirements
 Baking skills will be an advantage
 Portion food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
 Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships would be an advantage
 Non- Smoker Preferred
