Spillover Software Group Hiring for Software Implementation Project Coordinator at Remote Full Time

Spillover Software Group, head-quartered in Austin TX, is a leading provider of Digital Marketing Software and Services for restaurants in the Southern United States. Our SAAS solution includes Website, Online Ordering, eCommerce store, Social Media and Email Marketing tools.

We are looking to hire a Project Coordinator to join our fast growing Implementation and Support Team. The role of the Project Coordinator is to manage the onboarding of new customers and deployment of our SAAS solution based on customer requirements. The typical implementation project duration is 4-8 weeks.

This role is performed remotely but we will only consider candidates who reside in a state where we currently do business : Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Florida, North Carolina.

Responsibilities for Project Coordinator include

• Participating in Project Kickoff calls with new customers to discuss goals and requirements
• Collecting collateral from customers and creating design specs for the Spillover web-design team
• Communicating proactively with customers via phone, text, email and video conference to keep project moving forward
• Tracking progress through Zoho projects
• Managing customers change requests
• Being proactive in getting customers “live” with a focus on customer success
• Providing initial training to customers on how to use their digital marketing software solutions
• Developing a strong knowledge of our full product suite so you can guide and advise customers and make their implementation experience as easy as possible.

Qualifications for Software Implementation Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree a must, preferably in an IT or Marketing discipline

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• MUST be organized and have excellent attention to detail
• Prior knowledge of deploying and configuring SAAS solutions is a plus
• Prior knowledge of website design and social media platform configuration is a plus

• Problem solver with excellent time management skills
• Must be able to handle multiple customers, projects and tasks at the same time
• Ability to work as part of a young virtual team
• Must be proactive and driven with high levels of energy and enthusiasm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
