Customer Service Representative/CSR

Overland Park, Kansas

Compensation: $18/hour

Schedule: Will have a set schedule of rotating day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Must have open availability to work ALL shifts and will be scheduled ALL shifts of: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., 3 p.m. – midnight, and 11 p.m. – 8 a.m.

When working your day shifts, you are in the Overland Park, Kansas office. When working your evening and overnight shifts, you are remote!

Immediate need in Overland Park, Kansas office for Customer Service Representatives/CSRs.

Customer Service duties:

• Answer inbound phone calls and emails about account and billing questions
• Research and resolve any issues or escalate as necessary
• Data entry of client/customer account information
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Customer Service requirements:

• Prior phone customer service experience
• Computer skills: typing, data entry, Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail
• Professional verbal/written communication skills
