Staffing Partners Hawaii Hiring for Accounts Receivable Clerk – A/R Clerk – Accounting Clerk $18 (Kapolei) Job at Kapolei, HI Full Time

Staffing Partners is seeking an AR Clerk who can work PART-time, Monday to Friday. (May go to full-time later). The position is located in the Kapolei area and the pay rate will range from $16 to $19 per hour depending on computer assessment scores and recent relatable work experience.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: Perform all things necessary for the collection of all receivables and monitoring all customers’ accounts to be current in their payments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
❖ Continually communicate with customers to keep accounts current.
❖ Answer all customer calls in regards to their accounts receivable
❖ Research all invoices with short payment discrepancies
❖ Setting up new customer accounts
❖ Provide an AR Error Log report
❖ Write up M-Bills, Credit Memos, and Debit Memos as requested
❖ Input invoices and adjustments as backup
❖Assist with other accounting duties

OTHER FUNCTIONS:
❖ Performs other related clerical duties
