Stafford Recruitment Looking for Property Manager – Part-time at Timaru, Canterbury, New Zealand Full Time

Blackham & Co Real Estate are proud members of the HarcourtsGroup and cover the South Canterbury and North Otagoareas. They have a new vacancy for a Property Manager to join their Timaruteam on a permanent part-time contract starting in February 2024.

This exciting role will suit you if you are looking for variety, challenge, and the chance to get out of the office – you certainly won’t be desk-bound. Each day will be different, and you will be able to draw on all your skills and experience to build relationships, negotiate with tenants and landlords, identify new business, and ensure compliance with legislation.

Key responsibilities will include liaising with property owners and tenants (prospective and existing Harcourtscustomers), processing tenants’ rental applications, performing property inspections, arranging repairs and maintenance work, and seeking out new rental business. You will work within the South Canterbury area and will respond to after-hours emergencies relating to properties within your portfolio.

This is a part-time, ‘school hours’ role, working from 9 am to 3 pm (approximately)Monday to Friday. You will bebased from the HarcourtsProperty Management office in Ashbury, Timaru.
