Our client has been in business for over 40 years with 9 branch locations within New York, Rhode Island, and CT. They are New England’s largest one stop source for commercial building products including acoustical ceiling systems, hardware, drywall, steel framing, insulation & architectural doors. Their team is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support their Wallingford, CT corporate office branch which consists of a small family orientated office staff of 20 employees.

Responsibilities:
- Electronic data entry work.
- Scanning and uploading invoices and other documents.
- Sorting through mail.
- Getting products ready for payments.
- Matching invoices to purchase orders.
MUST HAVES:
- Previous office administration experience with strong tenure and continuity
Schedule:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (36 – 44 hour work weeks)
Flexibility to come in earlier, and leave earlier if needed
Pay Rate:
$18.00 – $22.00
