Purpose
- To drive across Property consistent ways of working that improves agility, cuts across structural siloes, fosters higher collaboration, enables faster data-driven decision making and rapid delivery
- To enable clarity of active work and backlogs relating to our client journeys and the performance and prioritization thereof
- To improve speed to deliver change through championing Agile ways of working and the adoption of appropriate Agile skills
- To free up capacity by building a culture of never settle and improvement habit with our various partnerships
The Role Responsibilities
- Infrastructure to enable agile ways of working (e.g. tools, processes and collaterals)
- SME support to Property Journey owner and Property PO’s
- (insert specialism) MPR Scum master
- Team Member for Continuous Improvement
- SME for partnership improvement programmes – driving efficiencies and improvements to streamline delivery and reduce turnaround times.
Strategy
- Deliver effective communications to enable Property team awareness on Agile Road Map and Continuous Improvement activities
- Connect the Property team to Agile self-development opportunities inside and outside the bank
- Drive the New Ways of Working (nWOW) culture and adoption of nWOW practices as a Property nWOW champion
Business
To lead change management adaptation in the [insert region], across property and across the bank to meet client needs, acting as the Scrum master for Property challenges. Champion definition of problem statements and facilitate change management delivery.
- Build an environment where problem statements can be identified.
- Guide teams in process improvement to achieve optimum productivity.
- Orchestrate execution of challenges with a cross functional view of the core capabilities of the broader organisation.
- Break down silos, enable collaborations across organisational boundaries and provide product owners (CHoPs/ SME) to develop the right solutions.
Delivery
- Influence measurable impacts though the Property unified BOW
- Achieve significant reduction in turn-around times for the delivery of change
- Provide continuous improvement performance metrics to demonstrate benefitsÂ
People and Talent
- Lead through example and build the appropriate cultures & values. Set appropriate tone and expectations with stakeholders and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
- Develop the framework to support the function to build the right capabilities, equipping them with the skills, tools, and workflow to standardise the approach to achieve functional excellence. Help develop a value creation opportunity to tackle real work business solutions.
Risk Management
- Drive behaviours to define “What Done Looks Like” with measurable impact, enabling performance transparency of the Property Active & Pipeline Unified BOW facilitating data based decision making
- Manage Property adherence to group-wide top risk programmes.
Governance
- Scrum Master (insert Specialism) MPR
- Challenge & support continual improvement to the Property Process Universe and associated assurance & performance programmes
- Accountable to Head Enablement for plans and Delivery model for regional Transformation

Our Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of experience in Change Management in Property Enablement
- Very Strong with Stakeholder management and New Agile methodology
- Extensive experience in Data driven ideation, impact and delivery management within Property
- Should have worked within corporate real estate Function.
