As one of the nationwide organizations specializing in pediatric home care, we are looking for a candidate motivated to help with continuing to service our patient and clients. In this administrative/sales role, you will wear multiple hats to help provide care for medically fragile children

• Schedule nurses to make home care visits for pediatric population
• Works closely to manage the opening of new referrals to the pediatric home care program
• Supports by engaging in opportunities to attract nurses through passive methods: sourcing in order to fill cases
• Supports recruitment by helpping with care coverage for all patients and communicates with nurses for any schedule changes
• Has organization skills where they could perform initial review of schedules for productivity/geographic issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
