Office Assistant Duties:
- Check PO Box and review Mail
- Customer Facing with Tennants – answering phone calls/emails, etc.
- Answer Emails
- Rent Collections and reviewing late payments and fees
- Other Duties as Assigned
Leasing Agent:
Lease apartments and homes
List apartment/home on rental system
Book Showings and Answer Emails
