State of New Jersey Hiring for Call Center Representative at Morristown, NJ Full Time
Contract duration : 3+ Months with the possibility of Extension
Job Functions:
- Candidates will take a large volume of incoming calls that will facilitate the scheduling and pre registering of our patients in various modalities.
- Candidates will cross train in various modalities as warranted by the department.
- Candidates will be expected to take and pass training sessions in various scheduling systems and the registration system to maintain employment.
- Candidates will be required to be a part of a virtual call center that will facilitate working from home as warranted.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Morristown, NJ 07960: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
