Sterling is seeking a motivated and detail-driven person who will support our goals of being the fastest turnaround outfitter. This role involves supporting the team with inventory, invoicing, order entry, and customer service. If you are looking for a position where no two days are the same, apply now!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete the order entries for the day and verify inventory for the orders
• Support with the preparation and distribution of invoices
• Support other departments as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 Years experience in: Order Entry/Material Planning, Business Administration or Invoicing
• Experience in a customer service poisition
• Class 5 Drivers License
• Experience working with an ERP or Inventory Software is an asset
• Experience working with QuickBooks Desktop and MS Excel is an asset
• Experience working in a service department is considered an asset
