Boutique single owner CPA firm is looking for an administrative assistant that has recent QuickBooks and payroll processing experience. This is an ‘in office’ position, but there may be the opportunity to work remotely in the future.
What you will do
· Bookkeeping using QuickBooks desktop and online.
· Process payrolls for our clients using Payroll Relief.
· Manage office document flow between our clients and tax preparers.
· Answer phones and direct calls.
· Track workflow in our practice management software and monitor deadlines.
· Setup new clients in our various software package and update their information as needed.
