Description:

We are seeking to add a Data Clerk to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping. Pay is dependent on experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Enter variety of data using current technology
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Review discrepancies in data received
  • Advise supervisor of issues related to data

  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
