Job Description:

The Outbound Appointment Setter will call and text leads provided, communicating on behalf of our company and creating an interest for the lead to book a call with our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to commit to a long term career in sales. Job requirements:

-Must be comfortable communicating with multiple people throughout the day
-Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
-Experience as a cold outbound setter/dialer required
-B2B sales experience preferred
-Previous experience in the fitness industry, such as: personal trainer in the gym/online, taught group exercise classes, Zumba, spin, yoga etc.,

Your duties and responsibilities:

• Call and text Leads that we provide to you
• Attend daily/weekly team meetings – typically 9:45am EST and 11am EST
• Engaging in our lead generation strategy during scheduled hours.
• Keep a detailed log of prospects and performance
• Provide insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 – $4,000.00 per month
