Storm Recruitment Hiring for EA – Remote Job at Remote , Ireland Full Time

Our client, is seeking an experienced EA to join their team, this role will be fully remote.

This role is a 1-year maternity cover contract., €50K – €60K DOE

Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination of external meetings, travel arrangements
• Manage the coordination of internal meetings across time zones
• Act as a liaison both internally and externally, managing the setup of meetings, including agenda building, prep, note-taking, capturing and sharing follow-up actions
• Support the team with budget management, in particular monthly reconciliations of marketing and comms budget with Finance
• Demonstrate superior attention to detail and project management skills. Can be responsible for projects from beginning to end, including team events and internal team off-sites as an example
• Promote company and team culture through organisation of team-bonding activities, marking milestones and celebrating achievements
• Partner closely with EA’s to coordinate global leadership team schedules and deliverables
• List of requirements: 3-4 must have skills, 2-3 nice to have skills. They have to be measurable, keywords that supplier will use in the search process

Requirements

• 5+ years prior experience in a Coordinator / EA role
• Highly proficient in Google Apps, notably Google Calendar, and Google Docs
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Flexible – in terms of responsibilities and responsiveness with a positive “can-do” spirit
• Natural ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment
• Self-starter. Knows when to trust instincts and when to ask for help
• Ability to adapt to a fluid, unstructured environment and ability to produce results or troubleshoot issues independently
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive information
• Professional demeanour and comfortable working with executives, VIP visitors and customers.
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
