We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven Student Services Administrator to join our client’s team in North Wicklow, focusing on the delivery of exceptional service to both prospective and existing students.

This role will involve the handling of inbound sales/inquiries, with a considerable focus on administration, data entry, reports and other ad hoc duties.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assisting with inbound and outbound inquiries via phone and email, assisting prospective students with enrolment queries.
• Supporting existing students with general queries, administration tasks and the issuance of certificates/results.
• General administration and data entry duties, including the processing of student results and completing annual/quarterly reports.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in an inside sales or sales administration role.
• Business degree (or similar) desirable.
• Confident and proficient telephone manner, with strong customer service skills and the desire to provide an excellent experience at all contact points.
• Exceptional administration skills with a strong working knowledge of MS Office suite, including Excel.
