- Be able to answer incoming calls.
- Confer with clients to obtain information.
- Screen calls and determine appropriate action.
- Check emails and phone messages and respond as needed.
- Handle customer complaints appropriately.
- Gather data to complete reports.
- Work as part of a team.

Pay: $13.50 – $18.00 per hour
