Sunder Plastic Surgery, an elite, fast-paced Plastic Surgery office is seeking an upbeat, well-organized, motivated team player to act as a Full-time Receptionist/Concierge with social media experience. You will be the first point of contact with the patient so it is important that you convey our professionalism, commitment to excellence, and world-class service.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a cosmetic medical office with a working knowledge of injectables, fillers, laser treatments, aesthetic services, skin care, and surgeries. In addition, expertise in social media is highly valued. The role requires a detail-oriented person with strong customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. Exquisite people skills and communication skills are a must.

Must have at least 2 years experience in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology or Med Spa.

Job Duties:

– Answering phones, texts, and email inquiries

– Answering preliminary questions about surgeries, injectables and procedures

– Scheduling appointments and follow-ups

– Greeting patients

– Checking patients in and out

– Credentialing potential patients

– Providing information on our various services and treatments

– Clerical and Administrative tasks of front office

– Process patient payments

⁃ Assist in social media and marketing projects

– Assisting the Physician and other staff as needed

⁃ Deliver other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
