WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Our Water Technologies division has a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Operations Specialist to join the team! This dynamic position will work with cross-functional teams, drive operational excellence, provide sales support, and improve customer satisfaction for business growth in the Americas regions including United States, Canada, and Latin America.
This role primarily supports our Engineered Solutions Products business including filtration, membrane element, reverse osmosis, e-separation products and parts. If you like the idea of working for a company that’s at the forefront of solving the world’s most challenging water issues, here’s more!
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the Commercial Operations Leader with improving the customer experience and commercial productivity.
· Provide product, technical and pricing support to multiple commercial channels to market.
· Create quotations in an efficient manner to support commercial win, provide minimal technical support and product expertise to customers and commercial teams.
· Cross-reference competitor products and provide SUEZ suggested replacement products.
· Create custom part numbers and pricing based on business margin guidelines for aftermarket parts.
· Work with cross-functional teams for customer and material master extensions and reactivations.
· Ensure regional DOA guideline adherence and compliance with standard and DOA pricing policies and escalate for required approval.
· Provide direction and support for creation of sales tools, materials, and collaterals, including SFDC. Provide support and guidance for customers to interface with the eStore; and promote its use.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Core Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering from an accredited university
· 5+ years of experience in with commercial activities or inside sales, preferably in water treatment technologies
· Fluent in English verbally and in writing. Spanish language skills are a plus!
Other Useful Skills & Abilities:
· Experience in using enterprise, customer relationship management, and reporting systems (SAP, SFDC, Tableau).
· Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in cross-functional and global team environments.
· Process analysis, problem solving, and strategy development skills.
· Effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
· Can do attitude and winning spirit.
