Sullivan Law PC, LLO Hiring for Probate Assistant at Remote Full Time
We are looking for a professional who is experienced in Nebraska probate pleadings and file management.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare probate pleadings
- Communicate with clients
- Preparation Inheritance Tax Worksheets
- Preparation of Deeds and associated forms and documents
- Preparation of Wills, POA’s, and Trusts
- Willingness to prepare other legal documents (word processing) is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour
