We are seeking a Receptionist / Data Entry clerk for a client in East Longmeadow, MA. Hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist / Data Entry clerk:

  • Answer multiple phone lines
  • Filing
  • Distributing mail
  • Entering purchase orders

Requirements of the Receptionist / Data Entry clerk:

  • Data entry experience.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and typewriters.
