JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for supporting Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) providers, local providers, potential providers, and Summit DD staff related to compliance, as well as, completing DODD provider compliance reviews, and internal accreditation preparation. Must strive to meet the Agency mission and exemplify the Agency’s core values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluation of this position is based primarily on performance of the following essential functions, which include, but are not limited to:
*Education: *BA degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work or a related field.
*Experience: *Three years of verifiable paid experience as a service provider administrator or service coordinator in the DD system. Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate service needs per applicable requirements. Background in providing direct services preferred.
*Skills: *Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database programs. Use mathematics to solve problems. Obtain and use equipment, facilities, and materials required to perform work. Operate job related equipment including the use of basic computer programs and systems. Do data entry, generate reports, copy, manage and track documents and information.
Certifications: DODD Service and Support Administrator and Compliance Review Training.
