Summit Technical Solutions is seeking a talented mid-level SharePoint Software Developer to create customized SharePoint solutions for the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC). As a SharePoint developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing SharePoint solutions according to USASMDC specifications, building scalable web applications, writing, and modifying code, debugging software, and collaborating with Content Managers to ensure the desired outcome is achieved.
To ensure success as a SharePoint Developer, you should have experience working with SharePoint and MS Office software, proficiency with front-end programming languages, and the ability to solve software issues of varying difficulty. Ultimately, the mid-level SharePoint developer will create clean, scalable SharePoint websites that meet the customers design and functionality requirements.

Required Skills
SharePoint Developer Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
Previous experience in a professional or academic environment developing SharePoint solutions.
Security + CE or equivalent IAT Level II Certification
Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility)
SharePoint Developer Responsibilities:
Meeting with the design team to review website and application requirements.
Setting tasks and development goals.
Designing and developing USASMDC SharePoint solutions to meet specified requirements.
Developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#.
Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applications.
Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
