Job Description:

Call center Representative only job is to help homeowners set up an appointment for a sales rep to come by and walk them through their switch to clean energy while saving money. The primary task of the Call Center Representative is to generate appointments by gathering basic information. This information is to create a report for homeowners to analyze. Methods of lead generation include but are not limited to social media marketing, referrals, referal partners and cold calling. There is plenty of room for growth: Call center leader and management positions will be available for those who display exceptional work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Complete 1-on-1 cold calling training
• Adhere to the company’s standards of service
• Generate leads by setting appointments
• Input customer information through online portal
• Follow-up with customers through phone call
• Keep track of personal quotas
• Make a positive impact on the company

Requirements:

• Reliable smartphone
• Laptop or tablet
• Sales experience: 1 year
• Customer service experience: 1 year (not required)
• Have great communication skills
• Have a positive attitude
• Have an eagerness to learn
• Have a goal-oriented mentality
