Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities and Position Qualifications:
Full Time (Overnights)
Monday to Friday from 9pm-5:30am with rotating weekends
In this role you will:
- Perform accurate use of automated instrumentation for aliquotting serum specimens
- Follow laboratory procedures for accurate specimen handling and processing
- Identify proper tubes and containers for each test type
- Discard old specimens by date received
- Ensure quality of departmental resources and laboratory services
All you need is:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous lab/healthcare experience, a plus
- Ability to stand and move around for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
