Sunset Gardens Cemetery Hiring for Office Administration at Richland, WA Full Time

Summary:

This position is responsible for data entry, answering phones, routing calls to necessary departments, appointment setting, customer service. Position to start as part-time with the hope of moving to full time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include the following and may include other duties as assigned.

• Working/Training with HMIS cemetery database software (training provided)
• Ability to crate work orders through HMIS software (training provided)
• Answering multiline telephones and routing calls to necessary departments
• Assisting staff by scheduling events/appointments via company calendar
• Greeting customers and showing them to arrangement rooms
• General Filing
• Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
• Fielding initial customer request and getting them to the right area
• Processing payments in person and over the phone
• General duties as assigned by Office Manager

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/ GED preferred
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Flexibility, ability to multitask, and ability to work under deadline pressure.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Ability to self-check and maintain accuracy
• Attention To Detail
• Ability to pass background check
