Surefox is seeking an experienced Badging Supervisor with high integrity and professionalism who can join our team. Supervisors are appointed to their roles based upon their ability to uphold the standard expected of them and are proficient and knowledgeable of their post orders, policies, company expectations, and additional duties. Additionally, they have demonstrated an ability to: lead their teams, take the initiative, meet any additional tasks and responsibilities given to them by their supervisors, and display strong time management skills. In your day-to-day role as a Badging Supervisor, you will act as a liaison between Surefox and its clients in matters related to access control. You may also be supervising or stepping in for Badging Specialists in assisting client employees, vendors, and contractors on a global scale with badge activation, distribution, and troubleshooting, whether in person or remotely. You will perform all duties in accordance with both Surefox and client policies and procedures, and you will assist in the creation of new policies and procedures when they are needed but do not exist. We are looking for someone who has an exceptional work ethic and works well as part of a team or individually while undertaking various activities at a fast pace, including office day-to-day operations, and general office support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting in solving staffing deficiencies, handling client requests in a timely manner, and conducting the work of Badging Specialists in their absence. Reliability and a strong work ethic combined with excellent communication skills are a must, as well as familiarity with all necessary office equipment, software, and procedures. You must demonstrate excellent professionalism when interacting with client leadership, client employees, and Surefox personnel. What you will do:
Conduct yourself in a professional manner while communicating with management, team members, or the client
Coordinate with client and Surefox management to ensure that all new and existing information is being reviewed with your assigned team
Ensure that your assigned team has the necessary information available to them to be able to perform their essential duties/roles
Be prepared to fulfill Badging Specialist duties as needed
Activate and distribute badges for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors with the appropriate clearance
Assist client GSOC with troubleshooting badge access issues whether in person or remotely
Effectively manage the Restrictive Clearance roster by granting, adjusting, or removing permissions of affected individuals in real-time. Work alongside both client and Surefox management to ensure the list is accurate and reliable.
Create profiles for new employees, including information such as photographs or retinal scans as needed
Conduct regular access control audits on a monthly, quarterly, or as-needed basis
Assign, distribute, and track access control paraphernalia on a global scale
Engage with client and Surefox employees on a regular basis in a positive manner
Document any changes in job duties through whatever written means have been provided to you by your leadership
Execute “Time Off Request” (TOR) process regarding the amount of notice required for each policy and submit a TOR form for the requesting subordinate
Instruct and advise team members on what additional steps may be required, such as submitting documentation for requesting leave on Paycom and notify them if their request has been approved or denied once the scheduling has made the decision
Confirm with your immediate supervisor/manager any changes you are going to make before implementing to ensure that they will not affect pay rates, shift lengths, or breaks
Update coverage for each shift via email to Area Manager (AM) or Assistant Program Manager (APM)
Ensure employee break schedules are maintained in compliance with federal and state regulations
Ensure all employees on your team are not having issues with their break schedule or falling behind their no later than (NLT) time frames
Manage any call-offs, late arrivals, no-shows, or other attendance issues that need to be filled out on the Discrepancy Sheet for management visibility
Receive and escalate cross-departmental matters such as
Payroll
Scheduling
Military Leave / Orders
Scheduling Conflicts
Uniform
Deficiencies
Harassment / Bullying
Counselings
Ensure employee professional and personal development through the Surefox Counseling Program
What is required:
Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Top-notch customer service skills and personality
Proven experience working in organizations experiencing growth and/or with multiple offices
Proven success working well with people from diverse levels throughout an organization
Ability to make prudent and sound decisions without direct supervision, when necessary
Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
Must be a team player.
Provable knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Excellent communication skills, especially as a representative of an organization with both an on-site and remote workforce.
Great organizational and multitasking abilities.
