Job Description
We are hiring Temp to PermCustomer Care Representatives to join our team on a full-time basis. The Customer Care Representative provides dedicated customer support while communicating effectively, and accurately recording customer concerns. This position will require clear and professional communication skills, advanced troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of current products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a partnership with customers to problem solve effectively, efficiently and with maximum customer experience scores. Located in Dallas. Hours are 8: 30-5: 30 M-F. Pay is $16.50 for entry level.
Daily Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Interact with customers providing knowledgeable support and insight
- Book customer deliveries
- Data entry of orders into system
- taking customer calls regarding deliveries and or escalations
- Maintain a professional manner during all conversations with customers
- Review customer transaction records
- Provide sales support
- Demonstrate solid troubleshooting skills when issues arise
- Respond to customer questions
- Maintain a reliable working knowledge of customer information
- Effectively handle a number of competing priorities
