As a Sourcing Specialist you have: + The ability to rise to a challenge and develop a lead generation strategy for competitive skillsets + An ability to prioritize your time and a demonstrate a sense of urgency + Strong organization, communication, and persuasion skills + A knack for presenting a compelling pitch and providing an amazing candidate experience + Experience with using a variety of sourcing methods, including but not limited to: Networking; engaging with professional associations; sending e-mail campaigns; posting job ads; cold calling leads; and researching to understand the talent market Qualifications: In this role you will be: + Search and network with candidates from our talent network and external sources such as LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and more. + Create a targeted strategy for each requisition and skillset you’re assigned, keeping diversity in mind. + Develop relationships with candidates while providing a stellar candidate experience. + Utilize sourcing metrics and data to improve sourcing techniques, and increase volume of diverse and qualified candidates within the top of the funnel. + Leverage our CRM and ATS to reengage silver medalists and quality applicants. + Collaborate with recruiters to build a deeper understanding of the hiring team’s priorities and what successful hires brought to the roles + The Sourcing Specialist will utilize a variety of sourcing methods including: + Maintain sourcing databases to ensure all data is captured, updated, and reported properly. + Convert talent leads to applicants within the applicant tracking system.
