What does an Account Receivable Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?

In this role, you will be responsible for leading accounting teams to the increase of cash flow and the maximization of company profits by minimizing risk with past due customers. You will also have the opportunity to assist in the hiring and training process for your team, as well as manage the ongoing coaching and development of your direct reports.

Responsibilities include:

• Hire & train new and current employees with developed training materials to improve onboarding process and to improve on going processes.
• Coach employees through development plans each quarter to improve employee performance and to discuss employee development with the employee.
• Complete reports that track metrics such as aging, disputes and number of checks posted in lock box. This is done to track employee and Swire performance and look for improvements.
• Guide and instruct the processing team by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees to produce quality results.
• Completes operations by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems and maintaining reference manuals to improve business process and efficiency.
• Assist with teams assigned responsibilities as needed to see projects and functions through to completion. This may be done by covering the exact essential functions of any of direct reports.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
• 2+ year of accounting experience
• 1+ year experience with collections or bankruptcies
• 1+ years management experience
• 10-Key by touch
• Microsoft Word: Mail merge, and how to draft documents
• Microsoft Excel: Create VLOOKUPs, create basic sum functions and perform mass edits in spreadsheets
• Microsoft Outlook: Schedule appointments, respond to email chains and attach documents to emails
