Switched On Group Looking for Junior Quantity Surveyor at Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand Full Time

We are currently seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team

The role will be working across different active project portfolios alongside the Quantity Surveyor Team. You will be involved with all aspects of the process from pricing, forecasting, budgeting, claims and financial account management.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Pre-construction assessments to prepare tender documentation
• Scope and price variations, sub-contractor negation
• Contract documentation maintenance and preparing reports
• Post construction follow up

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Quantity Surveying qualification is preferred
• Residential renovation and extension experience preferred
• Proven ability to work to deadlines and financial budget
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work in a small team
• MS office proficient
