About The Role

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Chief People & Culture Officer and People Operations Department. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level executive support in a one-on-one working manner. This role involves serving as the primary liaison for internal and external contacts on all matters, organizing and coordinating scheduling, outreach, and administering special projects. The ideal candidate for this role must be organized, focused, and enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment that is results-driven and people-oriented.

Essential Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to the Chief People & Culture Officer, organizing current needs and handling sensitive business information as needed
• Efficiently manage a high volume calendar, handle scheduling requests, and proactively address conflicts
• Ensure alignment of the executive’s time with their priorities through a deep understanding of the business and key stakeholders
• Attend meetings with or on behalf of the Chief People & Culture Officer, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and ensure timely follow-up
• Handle workspace management for the People Operations team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and deadlines
• Assist in communication needs through various platforms such as Slack and Notion
• Provide administrative support in drafting and reviewing documents, presentation materials, and online resources
• Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings comprehensively
• Support in-person and virtual events attended by the Chief People & Culture Officer
• Manage all travel scheduling and arrangements, ensuring timely communication and preparedness

You Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support to executives
• 3+ years of experience providing executive support in a remote capacity
• Current experience supporting an executive in HR/People Operations preferred
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Slack required
• Experience with Mac computers, Apple software, and productivity tools like Notion preferred
• Extensive schedule and travel management experience
• Strong teamwork and relationship management skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to travel as needed for team retreats and events

Salary Range

$80,000 to $90,000
