Role Summary/Purpose:
The AVP Technology Sourcing Manager will execute the sourcing process, ensure supplier compliance during onboarding and engagement for renewal time periods, review contractual agreements of assigned suppliers, including developing certain sourcing commodity strategies supported by the Technology Sourcing team. In this role, you will manage and mitigate supplier as well as business risks and work closely with the business leaders and as needed with the VP Sourcing Leaders to do so.

Essential Responsibilities:
Sourcing Support
Leverage professional expertise with Legal and business owners to review and modify contractual terms & conditions.
Oversight of supplier compliance with regulatory and reputational requirements throughout all stages of the sourcing process.
Conduct and assist with RFP’s, vendor research and identification, qualification and competitive analysis of required products and services.
Utilize e-Auction tools where appropriate to leverage competition and drive cost reductions.
Work with Sourcing Leader to identify, streamline and support implementation of improvement to Sourcing operating plan as well as the overall Sourcing process.
Work with Supplier Management and the functional business teams to ensure alignment with strategies, goals, and objectives.
Regularly monitor, track and report on Sourcing projects to ensure adherence to cycle-time performance metrics.
Create PowerPoint/Excel materials for review with senior and executive management teams, as required.
Support updating of all purchasing-related SOP’s.
Perform other duties and/or special projects, as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2 years of experience in financial services (i.e. Collections, Operations, Customer Service or Risk Management) or in lieu of degree, 7 years equivalent experience.
1 year experience within Technology Sourcing (Software, Hardware, Telecom) or Sourcing (including but not limited to contract negotiations, supply chain management, supplier management, and/or logistics) with a proven track record for strong execution and delivering value.

Proven ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple teams/platforms
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities with little supervision
Strong PC proficiency (Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) or comparable software application
Experience with Source to Pay Systems ( Coupa, Ariba, or comparable solution)
Experience working with reporting and analytics systems (Tableau, SAS, or comparable software)
Must be able to travel up to 10%
Eligibility Requirements:

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).

The salary range for this position is 65,000.00 – 130,000.00 USD Annual
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
