Here is how this role will be critical to our business

Purpose:

Lead, define and implement the marketing strategy (digital and offline) following the guidelines set by the organization’s Marketing Plan, as well as the report of the main key performance indicators (KPI’s) of the area. You will work collaboratively with other departments such as Marketing and Sales.

Accountabilities:

• Coordinate and implement, together with the campaign team and the Marketing Director, all the actions defined in the marketing plan (traditional and digital media, events, promotions, new product launches, branding).

• Online and offline branding management ensuring that all represented products and services conform to company guidelines, brand positioning and brand identity.

• Monitoring and analysis of the digital strategies of the competition/industry; make recommendations based on findings

• Coordinate the creation of innovative content in various formats: articles, videos, photos, animations, guides, webinars, etc.

• Ability to translate the technical characteristics of the products into innovative messages that the user is able to understand.

• Evaluate the success of communication campaigns and provide and implement recommendations to improve their impact

Essential for this position:

• Professional experience: 3-5 years in marketing communications or creative agencies and 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing

• Academic training: Professional in Marketing, Administration, Journalism or related

• Language: Advanced English (desirable) – Able to start conversations

• Functional competences: Management of campaigns in general related to the digital world and traditional marketing. I handle digital marketing and social media management (for example, Sprinklr). Management of agencies and budgets

• Functional skills: Personnel management. Collaborative work. Team leadership. Ability to lead and guide creative/production/negotiation teams with agencies.

• Online Knowledge: Social Networks, SEO, SEM, display, inbound/outbound, community management, online branding, UX (usability), mobile marketing.

• Offline knowledge: Marketing mix, project management, events, media mix, branding, public relations. Extensive knowledge of branding, communication and marketing strategies.

• Advanced management of platforms and digital channels (Google Analytics and Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and administration of multiple projects.
