Synovize Hiring for SAP Database Administrator at Remote Full Time

Job Title: SAP Database Administrator
Location: Remote
Rate: $80 – $110+/hr

We are seeking a skilled SAP Database Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and supporting SAP enterprise COTS solutions and Navy ERP systems. The SAP DBA will be responsible for managing enterprise databases, including Oracle and HANA, and providing technical expertise in data discovery, custom queries, migrations, and patches.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and implement database structures for SAP systems
• Develop custom queries to support data discovery and analysis
• Manage SAP BW and BusinessObjects environments
• Understand all data flows within, into, and out of SAP systems
• Perform migrations and patches in support of system updates
• Develop and implement business intelligence and analytics initiatives
• Monitor database performance and identify opportunities for optimization
• Provide technical support for SAP Control Center and Cockpit
• Collaborate with other technical teams to support SAP implementations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of SAP enterprise COTS implementation and post-production support experience, with at least 5 years of Navy ERP specific experience preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing enterprise databases, including Oracle and HANA
• Strong understanding of SQL and experience with database administration tools
• Familiarity with SAP Business Suite, Business One, and ASE/OLTP environments
• Familiarity with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures
• Ability to evaluate programmatic data and propose solutions to project issues
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• US Citizen with a DoD clearance or must be clearable to obtain a clearance

The SAP Database Administrator will play a critical role in supporting our clients’ SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and experience managing complex database environments. This is a remote position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 – $200.00 per hour
