Description:

The Contracts & Billing Analyst is the single point of contact for Service Operations SOPs with Strategic Sourcing and is responsible for vendor contract execution and invoice management for the Service Operations organization. Partnering directly with SOPs Management to ensure that good services and maintenance needed for Service Operations are obtained on time and at the best possible price. This is a multi-functional position to maintain all Jira tickets that will include reviewing vendor, partner, and consultant agreements. This position requires a certain degree of integration knowledge and will assist with integration efforts by tracking and maintaining all contracts on the Master Contract Log. This position will require reading through all contracts and organizing key detailed information for procurement procedures.

• Proficient in Excel
• Integration knowledge
