Tai Sun is a Singapore based company, it is one of the fastest growing snack manufacturing in the region. The company manufactures and distributes its products to local and foreign retail establishments.
Position: Accounts Assistant
Location: Pandan Loop (Clementi area)
Working Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm (5 days work week)
Responsibilities:
•Receiving customer orders via emails, phone, and fax and processing for sales delivery
•To process daily invoicing or credits notes to existing customers
•To assist operations team in resolving invoicing related issues
•To assist in month end closing for Accounts Receivable
•To assist in answering and directing incoming phone calls
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma in any field
•Team player with good interpersonal skills
•Able to commence work immediately
•Prior experience in accounting would be an added advantage.
