Caretaker Couple for a Remote River Lodge in Alaska – Remote Life Adventure

Have you ever dreamed of working and living in remote beautiful Alaska? Enjoy the wilderness, and also get paid.

This is a perfect job for any couple who loves remote life and adventures! The lodge is a family-owned and operated year-round wilderness lodge. All the staff here are like a big family. The property is about 5 acres located in front of Talachulitna River, Alaska. We are currently remodeling the facility which has a capacity of 14 guests. We offer heli-fishing and rafting trips, helicopter adventure tours, and cabin rentals.

Salary starts at $1,800.00/month + $100 extra per day when there are any clients (or $200 extra per day if the couple is both performing extra work) + tips + season bonus!

We provide housing/meals/helicopter transportation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Off-the-grid experience required
• Carpenter/property maintenance/outdoor experience required. Fishing and cooking skills will be a bonus!
• People skills and positive personality
• Organized and clean; self-motivated, can complete work assignments with and without supervision
• Drug free

JOB DUTIES:

• Prperty maintenance includes but is not limited to: lawn care, keeping property clean and organized, monitor utilities operations and fire hazards
• Able to repair minor damages
