About the Role:

Distributed across Australia and New Zealand, the team is growing fast, embracing the latest tools and technology in their completely cloud-native environment.

To help them solve security challenges at scale, they’re looking for a passionate, pragmatic, and technical, admin/engineer to help drive their systems and security practices at the ground level. This role will be very hands-on to start with, with a view to scaling out the team in the long term in order to help them take their security and tools to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

• Introduce and implement the best scalable tools and systems
• Push continuous improvement in all their systems and tools (Psst: that’s one of our values)
• Ensure they’re secure, but not at the expense of productivity for their teams
• Help design systems to support their internal and external, teams
• Make security conversations a starting point, not an after-thought
• Craft and maintain team & system feedback loops
• Ensure their Hubs have the correct security posture
• Promote knowledge sharing on best practice security efforts & update documentation as needed
• Ideally, you’ll be experienced in their stack: Google Workspace, Crowdstrike, Kandi, AWS
