Main Job Duties:

Maintaining ISO certification through internal audits, management review and assisting in external audits. Supporting all departments in BSA & BSG in reviewing their Business Continuity Plans and looking into new risks that arises. Raising awareness on relevant areas.

Generic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. ISO certification renewal (9001/14001/13485)
2. Review and maintain BCMS
3. Maintain Personal Data Management Program (PDMP)
4. Collaborate/projects for process improvements

Job Description and Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining ISO certification

1.1. Ensure there are sufficient qualified auditors to perform internal audits.

1.2. Develop plan, coordinate with relevant parties, and perform internal audit. Raise audit findings and CAPA when necessary.

1.3. Hold a Management Review meeting with top management and relevant parties.

1.4. Arrange and manage external audit with qualified vendors.

1.5. Follow up on CAPA closure and perform effectiveness checks.

1.6. (ISO13485) Initiate supplier evaluation and update ASL.

1.7. (ISO13485) Review, update and maintain Master Validation Plan – ensure calibration are performed on timely manner.

1.8. Raise awareness (i.e. orientation & quiz) periodically.

2. Maintaining BCMS

2.1. Review and improve the review BCM exercise process.

2.2. Organize briefing and refresher course to raise awareness.

2.3. Assist all departments in reviewing RAR, BIA/BCS & BU BCP. Review corporate BCP as required.

2.4. Perform tests to ensure the effectiveness of the system and identify gaps. Implement improvement accordingly.

3. Maintaining PDMP

3.1. Assist DPO in queries, maintain Data Protection policies.

3.2. Conduct DPIA, due diligence on vendors.

4. Others

4.1. Collaboration to implement new/automate processes.

4.2. Assist in queries regarding to policies and processes.

4.3. Any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

· Internal control/risk-based mindset.

· Process oriented

· Excellent communication (verbal & writing) skills

· Experience with at least 1 knowledge base (ISO 9001, 14001, Business Continuity Management, PDPA)

· Intermediate – Advanced Excel skills

· Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 13485, BCM (Business Continuity Management) or PDPA

· Policy writing experience

· Audit experience
