Job Description

About The Role

We are looking for an Export Market Manager to oversee the exportation of our products into international markets. This role is pivotal in maximising sales and gross margins by fostering strong commercial relationships with our customers.

As an Export Market Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
• Liaising with customers regarding products, stock, and pricing
• Monitoring market trends and customer feedback to maximise sales
• Working with our internal teams to ensure our products reaches its markets in a timely manner
• Championing our brands and products across international markets

Qualifications

For this role, you’ll need:

• A relevant tertiary education and / or proven experience within sales and international markets
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound commercial decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to drive results through data analysis
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to maintain high customer service standards
