Job Summary
We’re looking for a Production Office Assistant to join the Tank team! In this administrative position, you will work closely with the Plant Manager to support the operational activities of a highly successful manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities
- Data entry into corporate production systems
- Manage inventory and source suppliers/vendors for operations
- Provide office support: Safety, Quality and Productivity
- Oversee documents and files including production employee records
- Schedule and coordinate staffing efforts and plant recruiting through onboarding process
- Provide backup for Logistics coordinator
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- High School diploma and/or GED required
- Ability to multitask, organizational skills are a plus
- Strong problem solving/critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills; Word, Excel & Outlook
