Tannas Insurance is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in the position of Insurance Broker and receptionist in St. Paul, AB. Candidates with brokerage experience are preferred but if you are a self-starter looking for a challenge, this may be a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities will include:

* Assisting clients as needed—walk-ins, phone calls and emails.

* Receive and receipt customer payments.

* Developing & managing customer relationships.

* Manage and service client files, process new business, renewals and endorsements.

* Maintain accurate up to date client records on a Broker Management System.

* Other clerical duties.

* Has a superior customer service approach.

* Great written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficient in navigating computer programs.

* Has good time management skills.

* Is detail oriented and well organized.

* Able to prioritize in a fast-paced, office work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $36,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
