Are you looking for a fun, challenging environment and an office with a fantastic view! We are in need of an energetic, motivated Business Administrative Assistance, to collaborated with the Business Manager, Executive and Board. Liaises with schools and other user groups to sell programs, products and services Tawatinaw Valley Ski Club offers. As well to assist in the financial streams, HR support, monitoring daily checklists, reporting, ensures ski day policies and procedures with office team members are efficient with the flow of guests. Duties can include checking in customers, answering phones, assisting other areas of the hill as needed and light cleaning.
This positions is flexible from September to May, with 30 – 36 hours a week, we are a seasonal business, but have an opportunity for full time hours dependent on events and weekend shifts. Also summer hours are available but limited during May to August. Applicants should be available to work weekends (alternated with internal staff will vary on the monthly calendar and hill activities).
No experience necessary, training provided. Financial background would be an asset.
Located just half an hour from Athabasca and Westlock, 50 minutes from St. Albert and an hour from Edmonton.

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
