South Community Mental Health Team provide care, support and treatment for people experiencing moderate to severe mental illness.
As a pivotal member of our team you will be a quick thinker who will be able to deliver effective, confidential and professional support to our staff, providing robust secretarial, clerical and reception services.
Responsibilities will be varied and cover reception and office administration duties including but not limited to; liaising with consumers and whanau, data entry and maintenance; keeping records and files up to date, co-ordinate meetings and clinics, coordinating office operations, transcriptions, appointment booking and typing etc.

Utu whānui |Salary range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the PSA South Island Clerical Multi-Employer Collective Agreement and the salary will be in accordance with the National Health Administration Workers Pay Scale, Band 4A which falls between Step 1 $64,903 and Step 3 $67,787 p.a dependant on relevant experience.
