Mō te tūranga | About the role
This position is fundamental to the cohesive and efficient running of the service delivery across the board.
Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to; service support, receiving urgent referrals, triaging and uploading referrals, making appointments (New and Follow Up), data integrity, Data entry and reporting.
This is a role that involves a significant amount of communication with other pivotal key members, including patients and will provide you with an opportunity to demonstrate your outstanding coordination skills, your ability to work autonomously and also use your initiative.

Utu whānui |Salary range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the PSA South Island Clerical Multi-Employer Collective Agreement and the salary will be in accordance with the National Health Administration Workers Pay Scale, Band 5B between Step 1 $67,934 and Step 3 $70,951 p.a pro rata dependant on relevant experience.
