Executive Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Manages the full life cycle of recruiting.
• Conducts interviews
• Customer Relationship Management
• Tracks data analytic reports
• Drives company revenue by maintaining customer relationships as well as through new client acquisition
• Manages marketing budget with supervision from Executive management

Executive Assistant Requirements:

• 2+ years customer management experience *REQUIRED
• 2+ years of Sales Experience * REQUIRED
• PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS *REQUIRED
• Outstanding presentation and organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time
• Possesses strong attention to detail skills.
• Possesses advanced communication skills both verbally and written
• Proficient in multiple computer software and Social Media platforms (Microsoft Office, CRMS, Social Media, YouTube, etc.)
