Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting a Business Development Manager for an esteemed Hospitality Group located in Dublin.
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring sales targets are met.
This is a flexible role, offering hybrid and remote working options.
The role:
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking and cold calling
- Attend trade shows and present product demos
- Build and nurture client relationships
- Strategically manage your time and deadlines to ensure targets are met
- Ensure all meetings and client interactions/sales calls are logged using in house CRM
- Create and deliver weekly/monthly reports to Business Manager
- Assist in the onbarding of new clients
- Liaise with Marketing team for up to date website content
The ideal candidate:
- A minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience essential
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Experience working in or with Hotels is desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Experience with Social media management
- Full clean drivers license as some travel will be required
