About the role:
There is an opportunity for experienced Mechanical Fitters, Maintenance Fitters and Machine Builders to join our contracting team to work on a variety of projects. These projects vary in length from a week to several months and are based across Auckland.
There is an opportunity for experienced Mechanical Fitters, Maintenance Fitters and Machine Builders to join our contracting team to work on a variety of projects. These projects vary in length from a week to several months and are based across Auckland.
Some current assignments include:
- Fitter/Welder | Mangere | 8 weeks | Immediate start
- Mechanical Fitter | Glenfield | 6 weeks | Immediate start
- Maintenance Fitter | Glenfield | 1 week | Late Nov start
- Marine Fitters | Devonport | 3 months | Late Jan 2023 start

About you:
To apply you will need the following skills and attributes:
- Relevant Trade Qualified in Engineering
- At least 3 years New Zealand industry work experience
- Good knowledge of Mechanical fitting and working to best practice
- Able to work unsupervised
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You must be residing in New Zealand to apply
- Experience in machine building and assembling is also desired.
