This role is being recruited as a succession plan and offers the opportunity for shareholding in this successful business. 
 
The Job
This position will lead a small team of QSs and manage client relationships, the role will be hands on with technical delivery as well as work with the Directors on business strategy, training and operational improvements.  
Services provided are varied and include cost planning and estimating, procurement and tender management, contract preparation, value engineering, contract administration and dispute resolution.

Experience
We are looking for several years of Quantity Surveying experience from an established builder or a PQS consultancy You will have related QS qualifications and experience from estimating through to contract administration. 
 
You will be effective in relationship building and team leadership, and ideally have good NZ3910 knowledge.
